Psychological Therapy

Psychological therapy is a form of talking therapy which aims to help people understand and deal with difficult emotions that they may have. By talking through these difficulties in a confidential and supportive setting people can find ways to manage and to cope with their difficulties. Part of therapy may be to offer ideas or techniques for improved coping strategies, or sometimes it is enough simply to be able to have the space to be able to talk through difficulties with another person. Each therapy is modified and planned for the individual to meet their personal and specific needs.
